England is gearing up for a challenging cricket tour, involving a three-match T20I series on December 6, 9, and 10 at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. Subsequently, a one-off Test is scheduled from December 14 to 17 at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. Adding to the excitement, India will meet Australia in a Test from December 21 to 24 at the Wankhede Stadium.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released the squads for these forthcoming fixtures. Harmanpreet Kaur will head the team in both the T20Is and Tests, with Smriti Mandhana serving as her deputy. The wicketkeeping duties will be split between Yastika Bhatia and Richa Ghosh in both formats.

In a major event, Shreyanka Patil and Saika Ishaque received their first call-ups. The left-arm spinner will appear in both the T20I and Test teams, while Patil has been named exclusively for the T20Is. Titas Sadhu, a promising young pacer who performed brilliantly in the Asian Games for the Indian women’s team, has also received her maiden national call-up for the red-ball format. Shubha Satheesh from Karnataka is also ready for her maiden Test outing.
