Cricket Fans Await ODI World Cup 2023 Tickets – Will the Wait End Soon?

With less than 2 months left for the ICC World Cup 2023 but still, there aren’t any updates regarding ticket release for the tournament. Cricket fans around the world have been waiting for the ticket release for a long time now.

Excitement is building up among cricket fans worldwide as the eagerly awaited ODI World Cup 2023 approaches. However, they are still eagerly waiting for the BCCI’s official release of the tickets for this grand tournament.

With only 60 days left until the World Cup begins, the Indian board has yet to provide any confirmation or information. Recently, after a meeting with the organizers and state associations, ticket prices for all the 10 World Cup venues have been finalized. This has sparked even more enthusiasm among the fans. 

However, the delay in making these announcements has left fans feeling frustrated. The good news is that the wait is nearly over, as the tickets for the ODI World Cup 2023 are expected to go on sale starting August 10. Fans are already gearing up and making preparations to secure their seats for the much-anticipated matches.

One important change which should be kept in mind that, rescheduling of the high-voltage clash between arch-rivals India and Pakistan. The match will now take place on October 14th instead of the initial date of October 15th. The venue remains the same, which is Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. On the same day, two more exciting games are scheduled; the day game between Bangladesh and New Zealand in Chennai, and the afternoon match between defending champions England and Afghanistan in Delhi.

Another interesting aspect for the fans is the allocation of free hospitality tickets to both ICC and BCCI. Both organizations will receive 300 free tickets for every game It’s worth noting that online ticketing platforms such as BookMyShow and Paytm will manage the sale of World Cup tickets. However, some fans might be disappointed as digital tickets are not available for this mega event. 

As the wait continues, fans are eagerly looking forward to securing their tickets and witnessing thrilling cricketing action during the ODI World Cup 2023.
