Hashmatullah Shahidi, the captain of Afghanistan, played an outstanding captain’s knock in their inning, scoring 80 runs in conjunction with Azmatullah Omarzai, who scored 62 runs. With four key wickets, Jasprit Bumrah stood out for India on the bowling front.

Rohit Sharma immediately displayed his talent at cricket. He started dispatching Afghan bowlers on a hunt for boundaries while using a masterful balance of strength, accuracy, and timing. His century, which he made in only 63 balls, proved his outstanding talent and cricketing abilities.

The ability of Rohit to clear the boundary ropes was what really made his innings stand out. He not only made his century but also broke Chris Gayle’s long-standing record for the most sixes in a single international cricket match, cementing his place in history. The ball was sent flying for an amazing 554 sixes thanks to Rohit’s bat, setting a record that is probably going to stand for years. In 63 deliveries, including 12 boundaries and four well-timed sixes, Rohit Sharma scored his century.
