India-A completely outperformed Pakistan-A since the beginning of the match. All the credit will be given to the Indian bowlers who bowled their best in the game and never let Pakistan make a comeback. Both India-A and Pakistan-A had come into this match after winning their previous matches against Nepal-A and UAE-A respectively and this was the much-awaited encounter between these two rivals.

Pakistan Captain Mohammad Haris won the toss and chose to bat first. But the Indian bowlers kept building the pressure on their batters from the start of their innings. They kept bowling in the right areas till Pakistan Team bowled out for 205 runs. Pakistan Team never got the start they aimed for.

Saim Ayub and Omair Yousuf scored ducks, while Sahibzada Farhan made 35 runs.

Qasim Akram saved some face for his team with a knock of 48 while Mubasir Khan (28) and Mehran Mumtaz (25*) took Pakistan A past the 200-run mark.

Indian Bowlers were breathing fire in the match especially Rajvardhan Hangargekar who bowled a terrific spell, right from the start of the match, from bowling in the right areas to having a bit of swing to offer. He clinched 5 wickets in his 8 overs spell. He became the first Indian bowler to take a fifer in the Emerging Asia Cup. His team-mate Jagdusakumar Suthar supported him from the other end and scalped 3 wickets. Riyan Parag and Sindhu got a piece of wicket each.

Indian fielders were no less than Spiderman on the ground. Saving runs, diving, and catching were all brilliant from India-A players.

In reply to Pakistan’s 206-run chase, Abhishek Sharma and Sai Sudharsan provided India a terrific start, they both added 58 run partnership for the first. Abhishek Sharma got out for 20 runs. But then Sai Sudharsan and Nikin Jose (53) added 99 runs for the second wicket. Sudharsan (104*) played a brilliant knock under some pressure from Pakistani spinners. He hammered every bowler in every direction possible and made them feel hopeless for a single wicket. This was the 4th century for Sai Sudharsan in  List-A cricket.

He remained unbeaten and to get to his century, hit Shahnawaz Dahani for two consecutive sixes in the 37th over and also took his team to victory with 8 wickets in hand and 80 balls remaining.

He is being sensational throughout this year and hitting centuries and half-centuries in every second match he is playing. He was also Phenomenal throughout the IPL and TNPL tournaments that he played and made 362 in 8 innings and 371 in 6 innings in both tournaments respectively. He is an outstanding player to look out for, who is going to perform and deliver his best for the Indian Team.

The United States of America (USA) clinched a momentous T20I series victory against Bangladesh, following a thrilling 6-run triumph in the second match on May 23, 2024, at the Grand Prairie Cricket Complex in Houston. Defending a target of 145, the USA got off to a flying start when Sourabh Netravalkar managed to dismiss Soumya Sarkar with a brilliant catch off his own bowling. Despite this setback, Tanzid Hasan and Najmul Hossain Shanto played positively, applying pressure on the USA bowlers and adding 30 runs for the second wicket. Their partnership was broken by a superb delivery from Jessy Singh that sent Tanzid Hasan back to the pavilion. Shanto, now joined by Towhid Hridoy, kept the scoreboard ticking, steering Bangladesh towards their target. However, a moment of brilliance in the field by Corey Anderson resulted in Shanto's run-out after a valuable 48-run partnership with Hridoy for the third wicket. Corey Anderson continued his impact by dismissing Hridoy, who dragged an inside edge onto his stumps, putting Bangladesh in a spot of bother. Shadley Van Schalkwyk then dismissed Mahmudullah, increasing the pressure on Bangladesh. Needing 12 runs off the final over, Ali Khan proved to be the hero for the USA. He removed Rishad Hossain, and earlier in his spell, he had taken the crucial wicket of the veteran Shakib Al Hasan. Ali Khan finished with impressive figures of 3 for 25 in 3.3 overs. Netravalkar chipped in with 2 for 15, and Van Schalkwyk also took 2 wickets, while Anderson had 1 for 11 in his 2 overs. Earlier in the match, Bangladesh's captain Shanto won the toss and chose to field. The USA openers, Steven Taylor and Monank Patel, started strongly, reaching 42 for no loss in the first six overs. Taylor and Andries Gous were dismissed in quick succession, but not before Taylor and Patel had put on 44 runs for the first wicket. Aaron Jones then joined Monank Patel, and the duo kept the momentum going with a mix of singles and boundaries, maintaining the pressure on the Bangladesh bowlers. The thrilling finish sent fans on social media into a frenzy, with mixed emotions ranging from jubilation for the USA's famous 6-run victory to brutal trolling of the Bangladesh team.
